EMPLOYER’S ATTITUDE TOWARDS WORK PLACE ACCIDENT

If you think that your employer should say sorry to you for the work accident in which you suffered at your work place in which you do not have any fault than it is not your fault. Because it is an obvious thing. But in reality it does not happen. Hearing sorry from the bosses is like to get the moon.
A special survey was made in regard of work accident, by which it was observed that majority of suffered people from work accident had not been respected by their Bose. Around 90% people answered that their heads did not feel sorry for their work accident in which they were indirectly involved. Not even they said sorry to them for the work accident happened in their premises. This report clearly depicts the picture that the employer does not take care of their employees and does not worry about any work accident occur in their owned place.
Employers should step forward and do something for the welfare of their staff at office to reduce work accident. Generally, employers do not do so, by showing careless attitude towards the employees, employers can put themselves in big problems. Because their negligence can leads to work accident and the legal battle thrown at them by their own employee would become very costly for them.
Think for a second, an employee injured in work accident, is no more able to work for the company which means company is going to bear the loss of one employee and his hard work. On the other side person suffered in work accident has his personal expenses and as well as expensed of his families, who will fulfill them?? For this bad work accident in which someone else in involved, victim of work accident will definitely file a claim, which is again a big problem for an employer.
