Some other programs are also arranged from the different government organization like, marine industry have derived work compensation law with the name The Merchant Marine. Another work compensation law is The Black Lung Benefits Act.
Federal bodies work compensation law is also valid for the non-military civilians. These benefits of law are limited to the condition that if the worker is died or disabled during his performance at the workplace when he is not responsible for the accident he received.
