A FIRM PAID FOR WORK ACCIDENT

A case comes over the scene that a man got the compensation for his work accident injury claim. A person was forty year old and he was working on the crane during his working hour at work place. Where he fell down from the height of six meter. At the filled law suit of work accident injury, that victim got the compensation amount of around eight thousand euro. This amount was paid by the company where the work accident injury took place.

HSE called the employer for letting them know about the consequences of work accident over the employee in his premises. Employer was informed that they are responsible for the work accident because of not providing the proper safety environment. An investigator of HSE reports that falling from the height can be a reason of death or severe injury in work accident injury.
